Kia ora, fakaalofa lahi atu and warm Pacific greetings.
I’m Laura, founder and Managing Director of heretoday.
With over 16 years of experience in the mental health and addiction sector across Aotearoa, I established heretoday to deliver responsive, practical, and culturally grounded support to the people at the heart of this work - our workforce.
heretoday partners with individuals, organisations, and systems committed to reducing mental distress and addiction-related harm. Through clinical and cultural consultation, workforce wellbeing retreats, project support, and supervision, I help create safer, stronger, and more sustainable services.
By investing in those who support others, we amplify impact where it matters most. If you’re looking for a partner who understands the complexity, urgency, and humanity of this work - you’re in the right place.

Hear From Those We Support
"As a Pasifika woman to another... My experience with Laura as my clinical supervisor has been the most incredible, powerful, and rewarding journey that has shaped my personal growth, academic achievements and professional development.
She possesses a unique ability to create a safe and supportive space that encourages critical thinking, self reflection and the opportunity for progressive learning.
Her deep insight and understanding of Pacific culture and our responsibilities as women, combined with her constructive feedback, were among the valuable highlights of our sessions"
