Jess Speechlay

I am a strengths-based, culturally responsive supervisor with over ten years’ experience in the youth and community sector. My practice is grounded in service, integrity and genuine connection, drawing on both Māori and Pacific lived experience to create a safe, reflective and empowering space for practitioners.

I support professionals to deepen self-awareness, strengthen practice, navigate complexity, and maintain personal and professional wellbeing. My approach honours diverse identities and worldviews, ensuring supervision is not only purposeful but culturally attuned and relational.

I offer supervision for youth workers, social practitioners, educators, community kaimahi, and organisations seeking reflective practice that is grounded, real, and supportive of growth.

If you’d like to explore working together, I’m available for individual supervision, online or in person.
