An opportunity for our local Tauranga Moana tane aged 16 years and over, who choose to prioritise their physical and mental wellbeing over drinking the night before. No running experience required - let us know if you'd prefer to walk! Our kaupapa is to move for 30-40 minutes, finishing with a coffee and korero/talanoa about whatever is on our mind! We can also fund access to a registered mental health and addictions clinician if you need additional support. Keep an eye out for our upcoming Tane Wellbeing Wananga and Community Connection events!
